Check In. ID's

We are doing a split stay this November. When we check out of BC and go to the Animal Kingdom, I was told I need picture ID's for everyone in my family. My 2 dd's are under 18, so I was wondering why I need picture ID's? I was told to bring along their licenses.

Usually the only person who needs to show ID when checking-in is the one who made the reservation. In my families recent trips to WDW it was my Dad who only had to show photo ID, while my Mom and I did not have to.

I have never had to show anyone's ID except mine (I made the ressie).
