Woo hoo! My affidavit was delivered to Ventura Marketing a few minutes ago! I guess the next step is for my name to show up as a winner on the website. I refuse to believe it's real until then. I just wish today wasn't Friday because I doubt they'll do it today.

So I guess if no Fedex delivery yesterday then it's a no-go to be a winner for the last drawing. Maybe next week.

I admit when the fedex guy goes by my heart stops. And then today he came back about 20 minutes later and then slowed down in front of my house, just to stop at the neighbors. I'm sure he has no idea I am keeping track of his schedule

Yay! It's for real. I just got an e-mail from the account coordinator at Ventura saying I'd been verified as a Grand prize winner. It's real now. I can't wait to hear from Disney now.

I hope we have more winners on here. So far 5 of us out of 14 winners is pretty good! Congrats again to the other winners.

And to the other winners, I got 2 e-mails from the woman whose name was on the affidavit. They both seemed to be identical and they went into my junk mail folder.

Yes. Entering helps.

You know you have to enter each day right? There is a prize given out for each day and if aren't entered that day then you can't win the trip given out that day. HOWEVER, each entry does make you eligible for the final day's drawing, so the more you enter the better shot you have at the last trip given away of the 60.

To give everyone an update here - I have been waiting on something via US mail per my original letter from them in 7 business days....

HOWEVER

today I got an email instead saying I was a confirmed Grand Prize winner (lol - my name has bee up for a week) and my next contact would come from Disney ....

So that is where I am in the whole process.

And to those who have asked - I am pretty sure we are going to go to Disney Land - I have been to WDW 6 times (not counting our 10 day trip in 14 days) - I will more than likely take the 500 shopping spree - that's about all I got for now

I have been entering by text but today I entered on-line. I thought I saw something on this thread about checking your mailing address. Is there a link? I logged in and looked around the Disney site but couldn't find my address anywhere. I haven't moved in 10 years and have ordered maps and DVD's from the Disney site so I am sure I am fine, but it would be nice to check for sure.

I have been entering the contest online everyday. Today I decided that I would like for my husband to start entering too. I think it would be easiest for him to enter by texting. He and I are one the same mobile plan, but we do have different numbers (of course). Will this be misconstrued at all? Will Disney think that I'm entering twice daily?
