I'm sorry if I am just blind and can't find the thread! I lost three pounds this week. Yeah!
 
I'm down -1 this week, surprise surprise. I'm now 204.
 
Way to go you guys! I'm down 1. Atkins is working slowly for me, but only 11 more lbs. to go. Remember that food does not control us - we control food. Have a good week!
 
I gained a pound this week, bad bad bad.
Too many things going on, and not enough will power.
I am back on track today. Next week will be better!
 

AIEEE! Yesterday was Easter, and I completely forgot to check in! :)

I lost 4 pounds, but I completely went off program yesterday. As of this morning, I put on that 4 pounds, plus another 6 for good measure. :scared1:

It's all good though. It's just water weight, and I'm back on program this morning. Have a wonderful week everyone!!!!
 
I lost 1.5 pounds this week which gives me a total lost of 49.5 pounds. Just 1/2 pound to go to claim my 50 pound clippiee!
 
I gained 4 poinds over the last two weeks. Ate everything in sight (and some that was hidden):rolleyes:
I'm back on tract this morning and will even....urg....exercise:p

Down 2 lbs. from last week - Yeah!

Not enough to get my 20 lb. clippie back but a start in the right direction again!
 
LOL! That is exactly why I don't want to get a clippie - I would feel bad if I gained. One more pound to reach 20lbs. gone - and I can't decide if I want to jinx myself and get the clippie,

Anyway - congrats to all who went down, and to all who are starting up again today!
 
I forgot to check in last night. I was down 2.6 pounds at weigh in yesterday!! I was very pleased with that, since I was afraid the ham I had on Easter might call the Bloat Fairy in. :D
 
Didn't see this thread at first.

Haven't weighed myself. I will next Sunday, I promise.

I didn't stay on plan on Sat. and Sun., but I've been on plan the other days. I've also exercised everyday but Sun. so I'm happy about that.

Still don't have any morning sickness. I'm a little over 7 weeks. It usually starts about 8 weeks........we'll see. So since I haven't been sick, I've wanted to eat almost everything in sight! :rolleyes: I know you usually crave what the baby needs, but I find it hard to believe that the baby needs potato chips. :rolleyes: :p


Dan, Hope the wedding plans are coming along. It's getting closer..........................

Hi everyone. I haven't been checking in the past month ... things have been all over the map with my weight, and my motivation totally disappeared. I am up one pound as of this week, which is better than what it had been all month :rolleyes: Here's hoping that "onwards and downward" will become part of my life again!

I lost 1/2 a pound this week. I went off plan over the weekend but it was such a great family weekend I don't feel too bad about it. I am back op now. Well have a great week everyone!:D
 
Up a pound this week. :( Even though it's probably water weight (TOM plus vacation), I'm incredibly frustrated. I feel like I'm never going to reach my goals if I keep going in the wrong direction. And I did really well this past week, exercising my a** off every day (even on vacation!!!) and eating reasonably despite a huge Easter buffet and a bunch of other restaurant meals.

While I'm not giving up, I'm feeling quite terrified that my body has, and this is just the beginning of the end. And even if my body is just "taking a break" and readjusting without scale movement, I DON'T get to take a break! I have to keep working hard, dragging my butt out of bed every morning no matter how I feel, drinking water instead of free drinks while gambling on vacation, eating only a few tiny bites of dessert at the buffet because I shouldn't eat more. It feels so incredibly unfair. It's so hard to keep up any semblance of motivation when my body just doesn't want to work with me.

I sincerely hope I have something better to report next week - I honestly don't know how much more of this backwards progress I can take. :worried:
 
:hug: AprilN -- you are not going to give up, and it's not "backwards progress". You already said it yourself ... it's water weight, nothing more. I looked really carefully at your signature just now ... look at how far you've come in a very short time. Even if you're "stalled" right now, you're taking it off at an amazing rate. I know it's frustrating ... haven't had a new clippie since December :rolleyes: Can you shake up your plan at all? Maybe your body is just too used to what you're doing to it. And if you're exercising every day, you've probably lost a lot of body fat, but gained more in muscle. Do you have a way of measuring your body fat percentage? I've found over the past few months that even though that darned scale is staying the same, my body fat percentage has decreased, my clothes continue to fit differently, and people are still remarking on how great I look.

Keep the faith ... your body will be back to responding to all of your hard work very soon!

Hang in there- the scale will be stubborn here and there along the way but keep plugging away and the results are sure to follow the hard work. 80 pounds is incredible.
 
I've lost another pound so now my total is 11 lost!!!

I expect to not lose anything this week because I'm quite hormonal and I have a big eating weekend coming up. It was just my birthday and we are celebrating this weekend. I'm fine with the fact that I probably won't lose so I'm not beating myself up over it.
 
Maintaining again........I hope it won't be another month this time:(
