I know you usually crave what the baby needs, but I find it hard to believe that the baby needs potato chips.

Here's hoping that "onwards and downward" will become part of my life again!
Even though it's probably water weight (TOM plus vacation), I'm incredibly frustrated. I feel like I'm never going to reach my goals if I keep going in the wrong direction. And I did really well this past week, exercising my a** off every day (even on vacation!!!) and eating reasonably despite a huge Easter buffet and a bunch of other restaurant meals.
AprilN -- you are not going to give up, and it's not "backwards progress". You already said it yourself ... it's water weight, nothing more. I looked really carefully at your signature just now ... look at how far you've come in a very short time. Even if you're "stalled" right now, you're taking it off at an amazing rate. I know it's frustrating ... haven't had a new clippie since December
Can you shake up your plan at all? Maybe your body is just too used to what you're doing to it. And if you're exercising every day, you've probably lost a lot of body fat, but gained more in muscle. Do you have a way of measuring your body fat percentage? I've found over the past few months that even though that darned scale is staying the same, my body fat percentage has decreased, my clothes continue to fit differently, and people are still remarking on how great I look.My babies needed peanut m&ms daily.I know you usually crave what the baby needs, but I find it hard to believe that the baby needs potato chips.
