You're checking in at, say, 10 a.m., your room is not ready (of course). The cheerful front desk CM makes you up that lovely folder full of park and resort information and hands it to you.

You're on your way to a park. What do you do with this folder?

The first time, I carried it with me for 4 hours. What a nuisance.

The second time, I asked the CM to hold it for me. He told me just to come back later and ask for another one. I did that, but I don't think I got a complete package.

Do you take it out to bell services and stick it with your luggage? (We won't have a car to dump it in.)

Sorry to bother you all with such a trivial problem, but I feel sure you veterans have the solution. :)

On our last trip (the only one ever to WDW without a car), we left our packet with bell services. They were more than happy to hold it for us until our room was ready.

Same as towncrier. The bell staff had not stored our luggage yet so I put it in the front pocket of on of our luggage pieces
