Follower DISers,

I need help! My documents were rejected during review. I called the help line but I can’t solve my issue the way they were suggesting.

My wife and I are Permanent Residents, UK Citizens.

I originally attempted to use my British passport as verification, but when you do that, a mandatory set of fields open up for US visa and we don’t fit into any of the categories (visa, EAD, ESTA).

No problem I thought, I’ll go back and choose document type of permanent Resident Card.

Except when I upload them I get an error with document mismatch. It recognizes the document, pulls the data into the right fields and allows me to save it.

My documents were rejected yesterday and so I called the helpline last night. They told me to upload my passport, which clearly I can’t because then I need to fill in the section on right to visit the US and I don’t fit that category.

I’ll call again today. But does anyone have experience being a foreign citizen and a green card holder and has successfully navigated checkin? Thanks!!

I found one thread where someone uploaded their green card, but that wasn't worked for me.

Cruise is in a week

Did you talk to the IT help desk? They can do a lot more with the various glitches than a regular CM can.
You’re the best! IT fixed it, they needed to change the Citizenship on the back end. Apparently when I called yesterday that was done, but it hadn’t propagated through whatever systems they have and they did it now. All done!
