Hey all, I have a really quick (and easy) question.

I've always been the one to check in and check out. This trip, our group is coming on two separate flights. Our flights should be arriving like 4 minutes apart so we'll all head to the resort together. But if ours happens to be delayed, I don't want the others in the group to have to wait around for us. I want them to be able to go ahead and head to the resort and check in.

So my question is, do I have to be the one to check in/check out since I'm the DVC member and the reservation is under my name? Or can anyone in our group check in/check out?

Anyone (over the age of 18) who's listed on the reservation can check in...but it will be the person who checks in who has to "put down" the credit card on the room (if you're going to put one down at all)...but if that happens, and if it's any kind of issue, you can always go to the front desk after you arrive and make changes...

Happy trip....

Can't you add your cc if you check in on line? Maybe with multi-families you don't want cc on your keys.

Yes, you can add your cc when you do an online check-in. You can also add it when you make the booking now.

I'd recommend using a cc for the room. That way you're covered for the incidentals. If there are multiple families, you can turn off charging for certain keys.
