What time can you check in and use the pool etc on the day of arrival and also when you check out can you carry on using the facilities of the resort?

You can check-in as soon as the resort computers reset for the day, usually about 7am or so. You can also use the facilities until 11:59pm on your check-out day. Check-in and check-out day are considered part of your stay. Just remember that your room may not be ready for occupancy until after 4pm, and you must be out of your room on check-out day by 11am.

Often the computers are reset by around 4:30 am. I've checked in twice by or before around 6 am and never had an issue with time.
