check in and AP voucher

I will be checking in at the Polynesian. I'm hoping for an AP rate. Right now I have an AP voucher. If I get the AP rate, where is the easiest place for me to go and activate my AP prior to check-in?

We will be driving to Orlando and anxious to get settled in our room. Our arrival will be on a saturday around 1 - 4 p.m. Note that my in-laws will be arriving with us in their own vehicle and I hope to secure their room via the AP rate as well. Of course, I know AP rates are not guaranteed. I'm being hopeful!

You can activate your AP at the Magic Kingdom Guest services Booths. Its on the right side of the MK enterance.

As far as the voucher is concerned, we checked in at Port Orleans in July before we activated our passes. We were never asked to see them. So, you will probably be fine checking in with just the voucher. If worst comes to worst, just hop on the monorail and trade them in at the Magic Kingdom. IT only takes a few minutes. An AP voucher is all you should need for check-in. It proves that you have purchased an AP, which is all that is required for an AP rate. We've used vouchers in the past with no problem. One person here has reported that the CM that checked them in wanted an actual AP in hand... my guess is asking for the manager would quickly clear that problem up.
