Cheaptickets voucher question

Hi Everyone!

Quick question (I'm sure there is probably an answer to my question this somewhere on the board, but I can't seem to find it, so excuse my repeat ). But, I was wondering if I have May 21st and 22nd on my vouchers bought from Cheaptickets, can I actually get them and use them for the 20th and 21st instead? We may have to have a bit of a change of plans and go Wed/thurs instead if Thurs/fri. If anyone has went a different day then on the vouchers, please let me know or who I should get ahold of that won't give me the "general" company answer. Thanks!

I think you can, I sure hope you can because mine are a couple days off due to a change in plans after i already purchased the tickets.

I am 99% sure that you can. What is frustrating is that if you call Cheaptickets to confirm, they will say that no, you can't, you have to use them on that date. But, they are treating them like event tickets, not the theme park tickets they actually are. When you get your actual tickets they will simply have an expiration date for the end of the year, the tickets themselves will not have a specified date on them, unlike if you bought a ticket for a concert or a special event. I think Cheaptickets makes you put in the dates so it will work with their system. Calling Disneyland won't help either. I tried that and they also said, oh you bought from a third party so you have to follow their instructions. Not helpful at all.

All I can say is that I have seen others on this board talk about this same subject and say that they were able to exchange the vouchers on different dates. I recently bought a 2-day PH from Cheaptickets for my son for our June trip. I will be at the parks next week though and will try to change the voucher at that time. I'm curious to see if it works and will definitely report back here.
