Hunh, I was able to link it today, so thanks everyone I have no idea why it wouldn't work yesterday or the Disney IT person I spoke to also couldn't get it to work, but I will chalk it up to pixie dust! Thanks for everyone's help!

It is hard to find the number, but if you open your confirmation email, click on "trip details" in the hotel information box. This will open your browser to you cheaptickets booking information. At the bottom of the hotel information box, click on the line saying "show detailed hotel reservation information". There you'll see the Disney confirmation number under the name of your hotel. Good Luck! This number worked perfectly and I was able to put it into the Disney site and my details all showed up perfectly.
