Cheaptickets and Disney Conf. number

I booked my Disney resort reservation through Cheaptickets.

Has anyone had any luck getting their Disney confirmation number from Cheaptickets through a means other than calling them? I hate the idea of having to call and jump through hoops. With Orbitz, I was able to just email them but for the life of me I cannot find an email address for Cheaptickets.

Have you tried the Contact Us page: https://www.cheaptickets.com/service/

I clicked on Contact Us and if you select Hotels and then one of the other options, under Still need help? You can enter an email.



That said when I booked through them last fall, I did end up calling and getting my confirmation number.

I emailed them and they sent it with no problem. I called the first time we booked through them but they're kind of hard to understand with their accent and it took a little bit of waiting on the phone so I definitely recommend just emailing them.
