Cheapoair.com and luggage fees

How do I know if/when I will be charged luggage fees? It never asked when I booked my trip how many bags we will have. We'll be flying Frontier from Milwaukee if that matters. Thanks!

It's always a good idea to check the official website for each airline when booking...or before you book. Don't want any fee surprises.
