If you don't want to do ME, any town car service can do a one way trip. I believe they all are around $55 for a one way trip from Disney to Orlando Airport.
If you're staying at a Disney-operated resort at WDW, I would recommend Disney's Magical Express. You can use Magical Express one way (either direction) or roundtrip.
Magical Express is wonderful for travel from the airport to your resort because you can skip baggage claim entirely. If you use the yellow Magical Express tags, you will go directly from your arrival gate to the Magical Express Welcome Center. The average time from your flight arrival to your resort lobby seems to be about 70 minutes although our experience was faster both times that we used Magical Express.
Don't forget to pack a carry-on with anything you'll need the first few hours (always a good idea in case the airline delays your luggage). Your checked bags will "magically appear" in your room in a few hours. Because Disney pays the inbound bellman gratuity, you don't have to be in your room when your bags are delivered.
Disney's Magical Express is the "cheapest way" and it usually takes about the same amount of time as towncar service. (Keep in mind that with a towncar service, you'll be waiting at luggage claim and then waiting for the towncar driver to retrieve the towncar and drive you.) Magical Express is slightly less predictable than a towncar or cab because you could be put onto a motorcoach that leaves almost immediately after you check in or you might have to wait 20 minutes. You might be the first stop, or you might be the third stop.
