Looking for a deal on white and light blue converse "chuck taylor" shoes for my DD. I would like to get her both pairs for Christmas.

Are you looking for the official Chuck Taylor's? The "real" ones are made exclusively by Converse, and are pretty much the same cost anywhere you buy them - Journey's, Converse store, Converse online...although you might save a few dollars at a Converse outlet, but not a lot.

Now, if you don't mind them being knock-offs, you can find those many, many places...Target, Walmart, Rack Room...pretty much any shoe store in America, lol.

Generally, the traditional fabric low tops are $50 (Zappos, Journey's, Converse stores, and online) and go up from there depending upon fabric, design, etc. High tops are $55 for the traditional classics and go up from there. I buy my husband and myself a new pair every year at Christmas. Good luck!

If you have a Kohl's charge, check out the Kohl's Veteran's Day thread I just posted. DD15 wears only Chuck Taylors, and I got them for $30 with this sale. That's about as cheap as I can find the plain white ones, which is all she will wear.

I've found deals on Converse at Famous Footwear and Von Mauer (back room)..... just bought a pair of black converse for my daughter for 38 bucks at Von Mauer. I also bought her blue/white ones a few months ago for about the same...

Thanks I ordered a pair this morning after seeing this. I guessed on the size. Reviews stated they run big so I got a 1/2 size smaller.
