Cheapest Minivan Rental at Ft. Myers Airport for Easter Week?

Tried the popular Budget code and still got cost of $900 per week and I need two weeks. I tried all the National codes and still ended up at $800+ per week. Did anyone get a good rate? If so, what code did you use?

If you have an American Express card, Dollar has a $46.99/day rate for pick-up before April 20.

For April 16-23, the rate is $328.93.

Go to Dollar's website and at the top click on specials. Scroll down to the partner special offers. the Amex one is first. click on that link, the code is automatically entered (AX46).
