Cheapest flights from East Coast to Germany?

Does anyone know when typically is the cheapest time to fly to Germany from the East Coast (NYC area?) What would be considered a good price for a RT ticket? Thanks!

i've seen really cheap RT tickets to Frankfurt for middle of the winter. Even as low as $300 before.

Our parent company is in Frankfurt... we've found that the lowest fare, consistently, is Icelandic Air... a connection unfortunately.
