Cheapest character meals?

We were on DDP in Feb and now again in Sept, but will be on QSDP in Dec. Being that we've never paid OOP for table service meals, we don't remember which ones were more expensive.

So for Dec trip, we'd like to do a handful of them. Which ones are the cheapest for paying OOP? Preferably buffet meals.

I think the Cape May Breakfast at the Beach Club resort is reasonable (near Epcot.)
