Cheapest and most expensive rate at a DLR hotel?

Just wondering what others have paid for a night at Paradise Pier, Grand California, and/or Disneyland Hotel. What is the cheapest and what is the most expensive rate you've paid, or heard of? Oh, and if you know, what time of year was it?

When the special AP rates come out, they are normally the "cheapest".

Last year the PP was $129 & the DLH was $149 at that time (& i think the GCH was $199 or $249). But we went with the PP Concierge offering for $169 (which i felt was the best value for our grazing family).

3 weeks ago we stayed at the PP on an AP rate at $139 (concierge was $250+, so we didn't do it).

If there are any better rates than the every 2-3 month AP rates being offered for on site hotels, i'd like to hear about them.
