Cheaper AP Voucher?

I have come across someone selling an AP voucher for quite a bit less than the usual price? This is not the first one they have sold. Does anybody know if there are any possible ways for a person to get there hands on an AP for less than advertised such as a rewards program or something? Of course I've played out the obvious that this is a scam.

The guy had really good feedback, and I think it was because the tickets were ancient. Despite the great feedback, my neurotic mind would not allow me to purchase the discounted AP. Legally, WDW tickets are non transferrable, so if you got scammed, you may have no recourse.

I was thinking about it too. I just couldn't bring myself to do it...like you said if they weren't legit then what?
