Cheap way to get to Universal from airport

Staying at HRH in Sept. (so excited I can't stand it - just me and hubby, 3 kids at home) How do we get there from airport? Does HRH have a shuttle? Would a taxi be cheap? Any help would be appreciated. I'm confused with all of this talk of Tiffany's and Mears for just the two of us. Thanks.

For 2 people, Mears is less expensive than a towncar service. When you arrive at the Orlando airport, look for signs for Ground Transportation. Mears will have a big yellow sign....just go there and buy RT tickets to HRH.

It sounds like people haven't had good experiences with Mears. How much would a cab be? HRH is really close to the airport isn't it? Couldn't be too much. Anyone know?
