Cheap Tulle

Does anyone know where to buy cheap tulle in Ontario? I really want to make my daughter some of the tulle skirts as shown in another thread.

My last purchase was at Walmart (in BC of course). 1.99 per meter.

I guess I should have stated that I was looking for the 6" wide bolts of tulle. Has anybody had any good experiences ordering online?

I'm pretty sure Michael's Arts & Crafts has tulle in that size (I worked there when I was a teenager, and I'm pretty sure I remember it being in the wedding section).
