Cheap/temporary Keratin hair treatment?

Is there such a thing?
I'd like to get it done for our vacation, but there's no way I'm paying $200+

I just asked my hair stylist about Keratin treatments the other day. He said his salon offers two versions - a full treatment for $150 and an express treatment for $75. The full treatment is supposed to last 3-4 months and takes longer because of the amount of Keratin they apply and process through the hair. The express treatment lasts up to 8 weeks and takes less time to apply. He recommended that I try the express the first time to see if I like it. If I don't, it will work it's way out faster and I will have only spent $75. If I like it, I can get the full treatment the next time.

He gave me a preview of how my hair would look and feel with a Keratin treatment by blow drying it straight. I really liked it so I booked an express treatment for my next appt. in May! By the time we have our Disneyland vacation in July, I will either have had a second treatment, or allowed the first one to work its way out. I have a feeling I'll like it enough to do it again before our trip!
