Looking around to make breakfast and here's what I came up with

8 Eggs scrambled with a dollap of half and half and 2 oz. cheese.
($0.75 eggs + $0.10 HnH, + $0.40 cheese= $1.25)
Biscuits on sale plus clearance 50% off(near exp. date)
($0.75 - $0.30 coupon = $0.45)
12 strips of bacon on sale and clearance (near date)
($1.25 - $0.75 coupon = $0.50)
Bacon gravy made from drippings
(1/3 cup flour $0.10 + 3C milk $0.75 = 0.85)

So that's $3.05 for scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, and biscuits and gravy.

This morning I made sausage biscuits, cantaloupe, eggs and hash browns for .92 per serving. (yep, I actually figured it out this morning while enjoying breakfast.)

Everyone ate their fill, no one complained and the boys didn't snack the morning away.

This morning I made a bowl of ramen noodles and topped it with 2 scrambled eggs. 10 cents for the noodles, 15 cents for 2 eggs.

For myself and my two kids I made 5 belgian waffles topped with strawberries.

1/2 Box Waffle mix = $1.45
2 eggs, 1/3 c oil = $ .45 [eggs $2/18]
1/2 pound strawberries = $ .83 [3 pounds for $5]
dusting of powder sugar free [used about 1.5 tablespoons]

So our breakfast was less than $3 :)
