Cheap night-before hotel suggestion needed

We will arrive to the Disney World area the evening before we check into AKL. Any suggestions of close-by, off site hotels? Would like it to have free wifi and breakfast, and not too pricy. Thank you in advance!

whenever i stay at AKL, i do the exact same and come a day earlier. i always stay at knights inn maingate kissimmee on west irlo bronson. it's a 7 minute drive to AKL. free parking/internet/and free breakfast. rates are usually under $60

I'd highly recommend Red Lion Kissimmee/Maingate. I stayed there last year. I was supposed to post pictures and didn't really take any. The place was CLEAN and more than decent and adequate for a few nights. We stayed for one night only and I was very very pleased.

If you go Kayak or any other hotel aggregator you can find a wide range of inexpensive hotels. I like the Choice hotel brands and have stayed at a variety of them on 192.

Galleria Palms was really nice. It's also very close to the Animal Kingdom lodge.

Are you driving or coming from MCO? I ask because if not it could be more cost effective to say at a Disney value resort and get the free ME bus...
