Cheap hotel for 1 night

Too funny, I just called and switched to have the 2Q/sofa room for both nights. I looked at pics on tripadvisor taken by other vacationers and saw the kitchen layout with the extra vanity. That will definitely come in handy. You say they are not doing the bday gifts or afternoon snack?? That's disappointing, I was telling my sister we'd be all set with food. How did you hear about that or did you ask them?

It was posted here a while back, so I emailed them directly and recieved a reply from the manager who's name is Argenis. Apparently they want to do upgrades to the rooms and had to find somewhere to cut costs. Apparently the afternoon meal was not that popular, so they chose that. Before on their website it did mention the afternoon meal, and that is gone now. I don't know of any other hotel in the area that offers all those other extras beyond breakfast, and we've never had anything like that before so we are not too upset about it. now if it was the concierge at the Disneyland Hotel being cut I would be lol...
will you have a vehicle to bring along or get a few things to have in the room? I have read here that Vons will deliver groceries.
