We arrive in Orlando at 12:00 and would love to eat at a fun cheap place maybe at Island of Adventure. The more themed the better. I have never been there before. At night we are having burgers at Margaritaville, so I would like something else for lunch! Any ideas? Thanks! :cool1: We are staying RPacific.

You won't find anything cheap in IOA but I would go with the Enchanted Oak also. For something really unique, go to Mythos. Fine dining inside a theme park where it's ok to wear shorts, t-shirts, and flip flops. Excellent food at Mythos, cool cave like atmosphere and great views across the water to Marvel Super Hero Island and Seuss Landing.

enchanted oak or an outside table on the patio at burger digs. pretty good chicken sandwiches, but a view unlike any other. but the oak has a bar....hmm.

Fun and themed first choice would be Enchanted Oak. Any little kids? Take a look at Circus McGurkas Cafe Stoo-pendous.

We like to eat lunch at Thunder Falls Terrace and grab a table outside and watch everyone go down the falls.

Thanks everyone! Where is Enchanted Oak located when you come into the park. There is nothing worse than hungry people looking for something in a big park! lol :flower1: Thanks for the link, phamton, I have been to that site before but for some reason, I have never seen that part! I have looking for over an hour! I have deceided that I NEED more film! I am so excited! :jumping1:

If you can get past the color, GREEN EGGS AND HAM at Suess Landing is cheap and good. They also have chicken fingers.

And if you show your AAA card, you get 10% off if I remember correctly.

It is across from Dueling Dragons. When you get into Islands of Adventure, you will first walk through the Port of Entry. After PoE turn right toward Suess Landing. Walk through Suess Landing, the next part after Seuss is the Lost Continent which is the land that Enchanted Oak is in. Look for Dueling Dragons coaster and it is across from that.

We had a (relatively) cheap lunch at a place--I want to say Marvel Cafe--over by the Hulk and Spiderman. We had pizza and I know we could have saved more if we needed a whole pie. The themeing does not stand out in my mind, however. Enchanted Oak is well themed--but I think more costly.

How are you getting to the park?
Driving yourself, or taking a limo from the airport?
I'd probably eat in the airport if flying in. You could grab something while waiting for your luggage to appear, because that usually takes half an hour.
If driving, I'd stop at a fast food place along the way. You have to remember that 11am to 4pm is the most busy time at the park, so there's really no need to rush there just to wait in lines.

The turkey legs at Enchanted Oak are great! You get a ton of food. Me & my boyfriend really could have shared the turkey leg (comes w/fries, corn & corn muffin) and still would've had leftovers. :)

A really nice place to eat after a day at the parks is Pastamoré Ristoranté & Market located in CityWalk. Great food, nice atmosphere but kid friendly. Reasonable prices. We ate here two nights in a row!

Tried Hard Rock Cafe...was ok but very LOUD.

I second the recommendation for Greens Eggs and Ham. It certainly qualifies as "fun." The building itself is a hoot. The signature green eggs and ham sandwich ain't half bad either.
