Cheap floating candle bowls?

Does anyone know where I can find cheap round floating candle bowls? I want to use them for centerpieces, but I can't find any reasonable priced ones.

Also, where can i find cheap small favor boxes? Small but big enough to fit the plastic glass slipper favors in.

I found favor boxes in packages of 12 at Dollar Tree. I would look there for the bowls too. Or look at like Hobby Lobby or Michaels.
