Cheap but good internet phone service

I am trying to figure out what to do. We currently have Vonage at $32/month including taxes.

I am looking at switching to Ooma ($199 upfront then no cost again ever) or maybe Viatalk ($99/year)

but I really don't know about the quality of either and might look at other options if there are some out there.

I don't really want Magic Jack.

Anything else out there that is good and inexpensive?
