Check out their fees for changing a flight or for cancel a flight. Did you find a cheap fare there?? Go to that Airlines page to see if you can't get the same fare there!!

It looks like, for hotels, that this site is an agent for www.hotels.com . You may have better luck avoiding the middleman.

I check out the site. It seemed to be higher than the other sites I looked at. I was able to save a lot by going directly to NWA's site. But, it had to dig around there to find it. Orbitz has the same rate I got directly from NWA, but they charge $10 additional for using the site. So, I went back to the NWA site.
