My partner was just online and found a fare of $112 RT including taxes and fees on Delta for the last week of September, so we're dipping into mext year's DVC points and using our PAP's for a very cheap trip! He got the fare on Orbitz, as Travelocity wasn't showing anything less than $124 RT.

We just purchased tickets on Delta for May 2002 at $146.25. I have never seen tickets so low out of MSP. NWA can't even come close. I think they need to look at their pricing after losing 50 million dollars in the last quarter. I would have liked to flown NWA, non stop but they still show $506.50, that is outrageous.

How about $87 round trip from Indianapolis to Orlando over Christmas/NewYears! I just got that rate for the three of us on Southwest. I thought it had to be an error, but a total of $261 has been charged to my Discover card. I had budgeted $225 each for airfare, so this is like "finding" $414!!

Have you ever flown Delta before? If not, I'd be interested in how the connections go for you and if you have any luggage problems. I am usually a non stop flier but I am liking the prices Delta is offering, but some of those connections have only 50 minutes in between landing and taking off, and with 2 young kids, I am mortally afraid that we wouldn't make a connection in time and neither would the luggage. If you have flown, what has been your expereince with the connections?

Thanks.

Wow, yesterday Delta had a R/T flight for $100. Now it's gone. NWA is showing flights for $181.00 non-stop with many dates to choose from until 9/30.

Zulaya,

We got back on 7/19. We used Delta and had connections both ways. Everything was on time and our luggage was exactly where it was suppose to be! My only complaint is our connection from Atlanta to Orlando didn't offer soda and I really needed a coke! LOL!

We've flown Delta before, connecting in Atlanta, and had no problems with connections or luggage. We're flying via Cincinatti this time because the fare was cheaper (lower airport fees that ATL); I hope all goes as smoothly!
