Cheap Airfare from El Paso?

Hi! My husband is int he military, we are going to be leaving Germany within the next year, and there is a chance we will end up in Fort Bliss. My question is, is there ever cheap airfare to Disney World from there? I was checking online, and all of the prices I got for our family of 4 were no cheaper than flying from Germany! Just trying to leep informed and prepared, because I'm not going to give up the yearly trips!! Thanks for any info! MB
