Chat Now?

Does anyone have Chat Now for kids and does it really work??

What is "chat now" for kids? I've never heard of this

It's sort of like a walkie talkie, but it looks just like a cell phone. Supposedly you can talk to anyone in a two mile radius. You can also send text messaging and there is no charge at all. I don't know too much more except my son had mentioned it to me the other day.
