I am trying to log into the chat room. This does not seem too much of a problem, but there seems to be nobody else there.

There is a scheduled chat on at the moment and I know people who said they would be there. So why can't I see anybody else!

Can anybody help please!!

We are there. A couple of quick questions:

Are you using AOL?

Did you choose a chat program when you tried to get into chat? If you leave it a default you will never get in

Yes, got username and password and got as far as the chat screen. No other names are listed with mine on the right but there is a scrolling message at the top saying there are 8 others on line! I seem to be in the auditorium where it says I cannot see replies from others!! What's the point in that!!

I will have to leave it for this evening as the in-laws are here. But in the meantime if anyone can help before I try to join in the next scheduled chat, that would be great. Many thanks folks.
