Chase rewards--how long until receive gift card from redeemed points?

Hi,

I just redeemed points on my Chase card. I selected the Visa cash. They credited my account within a couple of days. As far as ordering a gift card, I'm not sure how long it takes. You could contact Chase to find out.

It should take 7-10 business days but last time I never received mine. When we got to the park I went to guest services (near lost and found), waited in line and called Chase. When they got on the phone the guest services CM issued me one right on the spot. I called the 888 number to activate and I was ready to go.

Are you referring to Chase Rewards (Mastercard or Visa) or the Chase Disney Visa Rewards card?

I know that the Disney Rewards card takes 7-10 business days to arrive once you order it but you can transfer points to an existing card instantaneously.

The Chase Rewards card that you exchange points for different GCs can take longer. It will depend on whether they have the GC in stock at the time that you order it.

I just did that today (12/28) by calling them directly and my card should be here by 1/08, according to the person I spoke with.

I ordered one $25 Barnes & Noble, one $25 Applebee's, and one $50 American Eagle and they took about a week, maybe a few days more.
