Correct - the regular (no fee) Disney visa earns one percent "Disney rewards" on all purchases, but the premier (with the $49 fee) earns two percent on disney-related purchases, gas, and participating grocery stores. So if you spend more than five thousand per year on some combination of disney, gas, and participating grocery stores, then worth it. But as prior poster noted, if you are carrying a balance, and not paying off monthly purchases, then not worth it. The interest charge you would be paying (maybe 15 or 20 percent) is much higher than the one or two percent you are "earning".
