Has anyone had issues receiving this? I know that it now looks like they are doing the statement credit so I guess I may have been one of the last to get the actual giftcard?
Anyway I hit my spend on 8/30; chase told me that they mailed the giftcard out on 9/26 and that it would take anywhere from 7-10 days to receive it. When that did not happen they told me that it takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks from when they mailed out the card to receive it. When that did not happen they told me that it takes 6-8 weeks from when they mailed the giftcard...so 6-8 weeks from 9/26.
It's now week 7 and I still have not seen this and I am getting rather upset. I had plans; that bonus was the only reason I signed up for this card...and I already factored that $200 into my vacation plan.
I've never had issues with my mail before so I don't know why there is an issue with this. I'm terrified that Chase is going to say that it's not their fault I never received it and will just leave things like that. I'm pretty upset that I may be out $200.
