Chase Disney $200 Giftcard signup bonus. Anyone have issues?

Has anyone had issues receiving this? I know that it now looks like they are doing the statement credit so I guess I may have been one of the last to get the actual giftcard?

Anyway I hit my spend on 8/30; chase told me that they mailed the giftcard out on 9/26 and that it would take anywhere from 7-10 days to receive it. When that did not happen they told me that it takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks from when they mailed out the card to receive it. When that did not happen they told me that it takes 6-8 weeks from when they mailed the giftcard...so 6-8 weeks from 9/26.

It's now week 7 and I still have not seen this and I am getting rather upset. I had plans; that bonus was the only reason I signed up for this card...and I already factored that $200 into my vacation plan.

I've never had issues with my mail before so I don't know why there is an issue with this. I'm terrified that Chase is going to say that it's not their fault I never received it and will just leave things like that. I'm pretty upset that I may be out $200.

Anyone else have issues receiving their gift card? Were you able to resolve things with chase (have them resend it or something)?

No issues. If you create an online account, I've found they are more responsive than via phone.

I referred my husband and he applied and was approved and he completed his spending on 10/24 he received his GC not a statement credit at least one week ago. Today my statement came in and i received a refer a friend bonus of 50 Reward dollars
