Has anyone ever used this company before ? Would appreciate any feedback good or bad. They have given me a quote for end of May 2014 for 14 nights at WL including direct flights with Virgin ( the flights have not yet even been released on the Virgin Atlantic website )

The price does seem quite good however for a good few years now I have tended to use the 'DIY' booking method and avoided travel agents.

They get quite a bit of bad rep because they give quotes before flights are released then increase the price once they have been relelased, even when they have said the prices are guaranteed.

Cheers, thats interesting. That is exactly what I was wary of, releasing flights for sale prior to the actual airline announcing their flight schedule.

I tend to book hotel & tickets seperately, often with WDW UK and then flights direct with Virgin and have NEVER found a Travel Agent to quote me a better price, and its not through the lack of checking.........

I've heard not so good things about Charter Travel, we used them for flights (in the midst of the Delta Glitch which some may remember last year) and they were great with us. My personal experience with them is that they were really good, but there are a lot of people who seem to have had a negative experience.

I have booked fly drives to Miami and Orlando with Charter Travel over the last 3 years and never had any problems .

We used charter travel in 2011. I had spent months looking and the price they quoted us was by far the cheapest. We booked well over 18 months in advance so were told that the prices for the flights may increase slightly when they came out.

As it was such a good deal, my dbf was constantly saying that there had to be a rub, so I was quite nervous until everything was confirmed.

When our flights were confirmed there was no change in price at all.

They were very helpful (with my never ending list of questions) all the way through to going so in my experience I can't really fault them, and would probably use them again.

It is wise to be cautious though
