Charter House - New Orleans RCI!

Today I was able to book The Charter House in New Orleans for Christmas! We arrive on the 22nd and have 6 nights there. (we might fly in a day late or leave a day early if the flights end up being cheaper that way).

I'm very excited! These were points that were going to expire because of a past co-worker who cancelled her trip using our points that we were going to rent to them. We couldn't bank them, I was unemployed at the time, so no trips to WDW, I was given the option of putting them in a hold account with RCI. We didn't want to rent them as we had already rented some points and we felt like we were already losing chances of using our points for our vacations, you know?
Originally I wanted to go to the Sandals in Ocho Rios, but it just wasn't coming through.

MY DH has never been to NO before and I am dying to go back and show him one of my favorite places/cities. I'm hoping the flights won't be too outrageous. I'm so happy we could use our points for something we are both going to enjoy!

I just wanted to share my good news about the trade!
