There are websites, but they are just about all outdated (some more then others). However, try this:
http://www.wdwinsiders.com/character_finder.php

It was created by a DIS member, and it is updated by DIS members. It's really good.

You can also get a list at guest relations in the morning of what character is due to appear in the park and when.

Thanks to OP for starting this post and thanks to Joanna71985 for the link. One of the goals for my family's upcoming trip to WDW in May is to meet up with some "new" characters. For example, we haven't meet any of the Toy Story characters, Monsters, Inc or Winnie the Pooh. So this will help me put my list together!

is Steve Soares site. It doesn't have a comprehensive list but has many of the meet and greets. And it's up to date. For example for this week at DHS (there are others but these were on your list:

Monsters, Inc.
Streets of America
From 11:00am to 2:40pm & 3:40pm to 6:15pm

Toy Story Friends
Pixar Place
From 10:00am to 12:45pm, 1:30pm,
2:30pm & 4:10pm to 7:30pm
(7:00pm Tuesday, Friday & Saturday)
