Hi Allie-

I have been looking all over the internet for charms and can't seem to find any pictures of DCL charms or theme park charms. Sorry! If I find any I will let you know!

last August when we cruised, DCL did not have any DCL specific charms. I did buy a Mickey head colored like the American Flag.

Are folks suggesting they now have the DCL logo on the charms????

The cast member at Mickey's Mates on the Magic, told me that DCL had in fact contracted with a charm maker to create a charm with DCL logo on it.

I hope that they have them by the time I cruise again in August 04.

I just got offboard the ship yesterday and looked at the charms. There was nothing specific for DCL.

Just got into it on my 2/7 voyage. There is NO DCL charm. There are plenty of Walt Disney charms though. You can also find other italian disney charms on Ebay. I've won a few auctions and they are new and cheaper.

I hope they have some in April for my cruise. I already have Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and two different Plutos. I want a one with the DCL logo.

I wonder if they have any special charms that are theme park specific? Like the Tree of Life or the castle that you can only get at the theme parks? It would be great if they did have a DCL one. I just love my charms! Where else can you buy them other than the internet???

I just started collecting the Italian charms myself, and will only
allow Disney charms on the bracelet. Last year on the ship, they told me they would be getting DCL charm for the bracelet. I'm sad if they didn't get one in. I was also just talking about this yeesterday to my DH, wishing they would have the Tree of Life and the Castle. Hopefully by this summer we will see a DCL charm.

On 2 of my last 3 cruises on The Wonder.....they HAD sterling silver charms. Jan of 2003 I bought at replecia of the Wonder.......you could see the logo on the smoak stacks even as small as it was. My last cruise was May of 2004 ....... I don't remember if that one was available, but since I already had it.....I was looking for something different....And different I found. It was a Mickey siloutte with Disney Cruise Line on one side. Both charms were around $35 + if I remember correctly. I am going again in Nov.....and hope to add to collection. As for non Cruise Line charms...I don't remember...we have plenty that we buy at the parks.......so, can't help you with that. I did see some on ebay....under sterling silver Disney. Hope that helps.

I have found a DCL charm on ebay. it is a picture of the wonder. I like it a lot. this place, cccustomcharms@hotmail.com, has italian charms of some of the parks. they are giving me a quote for all the parks and several resort. I really like the italian charms and want a disney one just for visits. hopefully they can produce what I want, they have listed MGM & Magic Kingdom and look realy nice.
