They upscaled their menu and the quality of their food. A waitress told us that they had done a survey and they were compared to Applebee's and the bigwigs didn't like that.

So they went upscale..prime and higher cuts of meat. And of course higher prices to go with!!

I only went once...when I was 16 in San Fran. My friends grandparents took me, and it was the nicest place I had ever been...had crab legs for the first time
I'd love to go back!!
