Charlie Brown holiday paper towels....bacon crackers...why do all things "Holiday" to me disappear from store shelves never to be heard from again?!?!?

I like the Charlie Brown paper towels too. It seems like you just have to get lucky and come across them. I think the stores may only get in one delivery if they even get them. A few yrs ago I found them and when I went back to get more they were gone

Just an FYI....Vermont Country Store has Charlie Brown flannel sheets for all bed sizes, and they are awesome.

I find it harder to find the good holiday paper towels every year. I like the Charlie Brown holiday paper towels too - hope I can find some this year. Guess I'm getting old, but it seems like the good things are disappearing ...

They used to have them at the holidays. They were oval shaped and tasted like, well, bacon! My mom would get them only for Christmas Eve and we would have them with the Helluva Good Bacon/Horseradish dip. It was a tradition ever since I can remember, and alas, about 5 years ago they stopped making them Christmas Eve hasn't been the same since. I think Nabisco made them. Same company that does the Chickin-n-Biscuit crackers and the 3 shape Vegetable crackers. Now why can't they get rid of the veggie cracker and bring back the bacon one!?!?

Good luck. I haven't actually seen them in maybe 2 years, so I'm afraid they've gone the way of my bacon crackers They were pretty awesome though Another thing my mom would buy every holiday. We didn't have a ton of $$ growing up, but she did the little stuff that made big memories.

I've been doing some searching and apparently, Christie's Bacon Dippers are almost identical to Nabisco's Bacon Thins. Christie's is a Canadian brand, but you can buy them online!

Maybe your local grocery store can special order them just for you. Publix does that for its customers. There is a particular popcorn that DH likes and Publix ordered a case (12 or 34 boxes, can't remember) just for him.

As RitaZ said I too have seen them at Target in past years, but not this year. I am a huge holiday person and love to buy different holiday napkins, paper towels, etc. This year I found Halloween ones at Target, could not find them anywhere else. There were not Charlie Brown, though. Bounty makes them. In my experience it is very hit or miss. I usually grab them when I see them even if it is early. Right after Halloween I plan to look for Christmas ones. I remember the Charles Brown ones and used to buy them. Good Luck finding them. I personally would love to find Mickey ones!! LOL!!
