My DH went here for a business luncheon when he was in Orlando recently and he really wants to take us there during our next trip. He said it was the best steak he has ever had. However, does anyone that frequents this restaurant know if it is "Child Friendly?" DH was in a private room and didn't notice if there were children there.

Thanks in advance.

My wife (28), daughter (6), Son (3), and myself (27) ate there after a 13hr drive from Indianapolis our first night in last April. We were not dressed up by any means, but we didn't have our "traveling clothes" on either, and I thought we fit in just fine. There were a couple of other kids there as well. With their location I am very sure they see young children all the time.

As far as the steak goes, we all had filet. I thought it was good, but no better than Morten's, Sullivan's, Wildfire in Chicago, or my favorite here in Indianapolis - St. Elmo's.

Thanks a bunch. Doesn't look like too many people on the boards venture off Disney property to eat though. :)

Charley's is one of my favorites. Excellent steaks, less expensive and pretentious than Ruth Chris's. We took the family there with my then 4 year old and had no problems.

I saw an article on that restaurant in a book in my room at the HRH and it looks soooo good! I would love to go there next time!:)
