Anyone live here? Thinking of visiting in Feb. How is the weather?
Might stay at the French Quarter Inn. Looks fabulous.

Please visit! There is a lot to do here, from walking tours to trolley tours to boat tours of the harbor and Fort Sumter, museum houses, plantations and gardens. Patriot's Point has a Medal of Honor Museum, submarine, Coast Guard cutter, aircraft carrier with airplanes, and a replica of a Vietnam base camp.

The hotel you are considering is a great location within easy walking distance of the historic area, the waterfront, and great restaurants.

The weather is pretty mild here, though we may have some cooler days in February. The average high/low for February is 61/40 according to the weather service.

If you have any questions, please ask.

Sounds terrific. Thanks so much.

I absolutely loved Charleston. DH is a Citadel graduate, and took me to visit Charleston for a weekend, and we actually got engaged there that weekend. We stayed in the Charleston Place right downtown. Things I would suggest...shopping, I think the name of one of the largest roads is Market Street? There's quite a lot of great shopping in the city. They have great horse trolley tours as well that tell a lot about the history of Charleston. Have a great time!

Oh we LOVE it there.
We head down to Kiawah Island usually in July but went in December last year. And it was beautiful. Much less crowded than the summer so we were able to get into all the restaurants we wanted to eat at.
(I am a little concerned about getting in this year as Yahoo just named top 10 resorts in America and the Sanctuary was in there)
Have a great time! I want to head back we became members of the aquarium and I want to use it again.:rotfl2:
