Charleston, Hilton Head, Savannah

I was fortunate enough to win two first class airline tickets to anywhere in the continental US at our firm's Christmas party. Although everyone assumed we'd be going to WDW, we decided to try Hilton Head. From Wisconsin, we can fly first class to Charleston SC. As we would like to tour a few days in Charleston and Savannah as well as Hilton Head, can anyone recommend an order as well as how many days at each location?

We are planning for June or July 2003 with our teenage dd.

I've lived in Savannah all my life.. There's so much history in both our towns, like Disney, you couldn't possibly see it all in 1 visit. We are also considered sister cities. I'd be glad to answer any questions you have.

Congratulations! Last year we combined a night in Charleston with 3 nights at DVC HHI for a quick vacation. Of course you can't see everything in a few days but I'm sure you can hit the highlights. If you want to spend a week, I'd suggest a couple of nights in each city, Charleston and Savannah, and stay at DVC HHI during the week. This would save on points. We stayed at Charleston Place on points - pricey but very nice.

In Charleston you should definitely do the carriage tour (the highlight of our vacation and take in a couple of plantations.
