charging to room card

I know you can charge souvenirs and the like to your room card if your staying on Disney property but can you also charge at restaurants in the world?

Absolutely at sit down restaurants... I believe the only place(s) you cannot charge are those little take out service food carts.

You can charge anywhere they have a proper cash-till because they need to swipe the card. So the little ice-cream and soda-carts are out, but just about everywhere else is good
