Charging to Room - Can you check daily balance?

I would like to charge some expenses on our next trip back to our room. Is there anyway to check the daily total that was charged to the room?

At any time, you may ask the front desk (both check-in and concierge) for a copy of your current room charges. GF and I do this regularly to keep track of what we have spent.

Sure. Just ask at the front desk. Although I haven't checked daily I have checked and paid off the balance with a traveller's check instead of allowing it to be charged to my credit card.

It'd be nice if Disney would switch to the tv method like most other hotel chains and the cruiselines. I really like to take a look at my account last thing at night and make sure all the charges are okay and determine how to adjust my budget if I need to. Having to wait in line to talk with an agent in the lobby after waiting in lines all day is hardly worth it and something I know I never do. So, how about it Disney, come out of the dark ages on this one

Because you won't realize how much you've charged and will spend more money!!

You can also ask them to charge over the amount that you have on your room charge and reauthorize the original amount again.

moderates - $1000
deluxes - $1500


We always to this the night before we leave. This way we can check it at night and just look at the one on our door quickly the next morning. I would rather deal with an error in the evening than the mornnig.

I also just write the charges down each night and keep a running total.
