If I show up at WDW with say...$500 (cash)....can I have that applied to my room key at check-in and when I pay for things in the parks...have the charges taken from the $500? At the end of the trip, do they just give you how much money you have left (if any!) back in cash?

Thanks!

You asked exactly what I was about to ask. Thanks for doing it for me. We are travelling with our daughter and her family. We are paying for the rooms and she wanted to know how to pay for their own meals. It's a perfect solution.

We stayed at Poly last year and left a cash deposit $250.00, We we checked out they did a credit on our Debit card ( this is the card we used for the deposit and balance) It did'nt matter to us, It took a few days to show up on our card. If you need the funds right away I would double check with the hotel.
